HealthConnections International, established in 1996, is a direct placement agency in the USA that specializes in placing allied health care professionals in jobs in their own country and abroad. Our team has over 30 years of domestic and international health care recruitment and placement experience. It is our belief that by giving health care workers the opportunity to live and work outside their home country will lead to better cultural understanding and perhaps in some small way contribute to world peace.

OBJECTIVE
Our objective is to provide staff that will contribute to the health care organization expertise, knowledge and high quality patient care with professionalism and integrity.
SERVICES
Customer service is our first priority to our clients and candidates. Our services include:
• Telephone screening of candidates for adaptability, character, initiative and integrity
• Checking references and verifying credentials
• Assisting candidates with appropriate registration/licensing/validation
• Forwarding candidate details and references to hiring authority
• Facilitating telephone interviews with client and candidate
• Assisting candidate and client with immigration processing (if required)
• Coordinating arrival in new location and follow up support after arrival
• In-person introductory visits to clients where candidates are placed
FEES
HealthConnections charges a one time introductory fee. We have set fees that we believe are reasonable and fair. It is our policy to customize rates that will meet the needs of the employer.

HealthConnections International is listed with National Health Service in the UK Employers as an approved agency who adhere to the Code of Practice for NHS employers involved in the international recruitment of healthcare professionals.
